The opportunity

With the growing popularity of product management in Brazil, I noticed a significant increase in demand for mentorship in the field. Through numerous mentorship sessions, I identified a recurring theme: many professionals faced similar challenges and knowledge gaps specifically related to product marketing. Recognizing both a need and a market opportunity, I proposed developing a dedicated Product Marketing course to PM3. They were enthusiastic about the idea and invited me to collaborate on creating Brazil’s first comprehensive Product Marketing curriculum.

My Role

As a content coordinator and instructorI contributed to the course development in several key capacities:

  • Curriculum Development: Creation of the course syllabus, proposing, reviewing, and refining the content covered in each class.
  • Instructor Selection: I identified and recruited qualified instructors with relevant industry experience and practical case studies to share with students.
  • Content Curation & Quality Control: I reviewed and approved all course content, ensuring high quality and alignment with the curriculum objectives.
  • Instruction & Content Creation: In addition to coordinating the course content, I also developed and delivered couple of classes as an instructor.

Results

Despite not having access to engagement data and revenue this initiative generated, the Product Marketing course is one of the top formations offered by PM3 school.

Also, the qualitative feedback that I keep receive when meeting aluminum is amazing!
